process

Stage One - Consultation

We at Art Binaire strongly believe that it is imperative to meet our clients in order to learn about and truly understand their business or organization. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your business objectives, target audience, online marketing strategies, project timelines and budget.

Stage Two – Proposal / Define Project Scope

Once we learn about your business as well as your key objectives through our stage one consultation process, our team will prepare a formal proposal. This proposal is intended to give you a clear understanding of what we plan to create and executive for the project; basic content, design, and technical functions.

Stage Three - Contract and Deposit

A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required before we can begin our work.

Stage Four - Checklist

Once a proposal is accepted and a contract has been signed, we will deliver a detailed project checklist. The checklist outlines specific due dates for supplying materials to be used in the website such as images, text content, forms, etc. in order to stay within the timeline of the desired launch date.

Stage Five – Design

Integrating your creative ideas with our team's expertise, our designers and developers will start creating your web concept. We will begin to produce a layout design "mockup". Once the first mockup is completed and delivered to you, we ask that you critique the "mockup" layout and provide detailed feedback on what you like and what you want changed. If you want to change any aspect of the template regarding color, font, style or any other specification, we will revise the design to meet your needs. This is an interactive step where we encourage you to openly communicate back and forth with us until we can provide the layout you are satisfied with.

Stage Six – Coding

Once a design has been completed and approved by you, our team will start the coding for your site. We will move the project into the programming phase where we set up databases, server environment, and scripting that will run your web site. Our developers will convert your website into HTML and create inner pages with the content.

Stage Seven – Review & Testing

Now it is time to make sure that the site is functional, without errors. We will have you help us look for mistakes and proof the site on the test server. We will check for broken links, spelling errors, etc.

Stage Eight – Go Live!

Our launch process includes website migration to the production (live) server, modification of domain name servers, configuration of our name servers, email setup and training on any custom applications we've implemented. During this time we receive feedback from you for any modifications you may want us to make prior to the official launch of the website. After your review and approval on the final website, your new website is finished and goes live on the World Wide Web!
